We currently ship to 35+ countries and are expanding our reach worldwide.

Where Your Order Ships From

Fulfillment location depends on the product you order:

  • Cayenne Vitality Drops (USA orders): fulfilled from our USA warehouse and dispatched within 2 business days.
  • All other products, and all international orders: fulfilled from our international fulfillment centers.

Every order includes full tracking regardless of where it ships from.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Cayenne Vitality Drops — USA Orders

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (ships from our USA warehouse)
  • Transit time: 3–6 business days via USPS
  • Total estimated delivery: 4–8 business days from order date

All Other Products & International Orders

  • Handling time: 1–5 business days (ships from our international fulfillment centers)
  • Transit time: 7–20 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 8–25 business days from order date

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.

Couriers Used

  • US orders are fulfilled and delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some orders may be fulfilled from our international warehouse network; when that happens, your tracking link will show the carrier handling your delivery. All orders include full tracking.

Shipping Costs

USA Shipping

  • Subscription orders: Free shipping
  • One-time orders: $4.95 flat rate

International Shipping

  • Subscription orders: Free shipping
  • One-time orders: $7.95 flat rate

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us.

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to show its first scan after dispatch.
