MAXIVITA SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM

Maxivita orders ship from two possible locations, depending on the product and destination:

  • Cayenne Vitality Drops (USA orders): fulfilled from our USA warehouse and dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days from order date.
  • All other products, and all international orders: fulfilled from our international fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery: 8–25 business days from order date. Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses may take longer.

Every order includes full tracking, sent to your email at dispatch. For carriers, cut-off times, and shipping rates, see our Shipping Policy, which governs all delivery estimates.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their respective country upon delivery.

LOST, MISSING, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us at support@maxivitaco.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a refund. Please provide accurate shipping information at checkout — we are unable to take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at support@maxivitaco.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind every Maxivita product with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@maxivitaco.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase — even if the bottle is opened. We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days of approval.

The guarantee applies to all products purchased on the Website.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Contact us first at support@maxivitaco.com before sending anything back. We’ll confirm your return, provide the correct return address, and tell you exactly what to send. Items returned without prior contact may be impossible to identify, which can delay or prevent your refund.
  2. Ship your return with tracking and email us the tracking number. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If no tracking is provided and the package never arrives at our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
  3. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of approval, issued to your original payment method.

Returned items should include all items from your order in their original packaging where possible. Opened and used bottles are accepted within the 30-day window under our guarantee. We will not provide refunds for products returned to us more than 30 days after delivery.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can issue a refund for the product, minus shipping costs, once the product arrives back in original condition — or reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

If a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered through no fault of the address provided, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

This section does not apply to Refused Packages (see below). We cannot accept replacement or refund requests for orders more than 30 days past delivery.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse a package, the carrier’s return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund; we will not know the exact amount until the shipping agent charges us. Refused packages can also be lost in the return process — if a refused package never returns to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

For this reason, we recommend accepting the package and contacting us at support@maxivitaco.com to process a proper return instead of refusing delivery.


ORDERING

MODIFYING ORDERS

If you’d like to modify or cancel an order after placing it, email us immediately at support@maxivitaco.com. If a packing slip has not yet been created, we can modify or cancel the order. Once a packing slip has been created, we are unable to edit the original order — but the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies after delivery.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

Please review your cart before checkout to avoid duplicate orders. If a duplicate order is placed, contact us immediately — if it has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel and refund it. Once fulfilled, the standard return process above applies.


CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no questions asked. Log into your account at maxivitaco.com/a/subscriptions/login, or contact customer support at support@maxivitaco.com or +1 469-807-0246.

If your next bottle is arriving before you need it, skipping a month is the easiest option. Once a subscription is canceled, you will not be charged any further fees or receive additional shipments, provided the request is made before your next scheduled billing date. Your next billing date is always visible in your account portal.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you request cancellation of your subscription on the same day as your initial order, we reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and any associated unfulfilled order, with a full refund of any unfulfilled items.

ANNUAL OR BULK PLAN CANCELLATION

Annual and bulk discount plans are covered by the same 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as all other purchases: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. After the 30-day window, sales of annual and bulk plans are final. We encourage all customers to review their purchase carefully before checkout.

FREE GIFTS WITH SUBSCRIPTION (For Qualifying Orders)

If a free gift is missing from your qualifying order, contact us and we will include it with your next subscription shipment. Free gifts are included exclusively with subscription orders and are not shipped separately.
